Guar means hand
It is a very old word, part of the languaje of the first inhabitants of this region by the time Cristobal Columbus arrived at America.
The "5 stripes" composing the logo are a rupestrian picture found in a paleolitical cave discovered in our territory.
The meaning of this picture is "hand" and we believe it represents the spirit of uruguayan handcraftmen.
